Based in the Watford office 2 days per week and from home 3 days, the People Advisor will work in the People Partnering team supporting on all Employee Relations matters.

The key role responsibilities include
Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits all the way through to the offboarding lifecycle.
Provide personal tutorage support cover to students throughout the semester.
Support students to maximise their chances of automatically progressing to the degree course of their choice whilst ensuring the best possible student experience and achievement.
