Our client are a leading Build to Rent company with an impressive portfolio. With the busy season of move in's coming up they are looking to hire a number of Customer and Enquiries Advisor's to their teams.
Working with a great team, in a busy Head Office you will be:
- Being the company's first point of contact on the phone and via email
- Dealing with day to day enquiries from residents, ensuring issues are dealt with appropriately
- Booking in viewing's for the leasing team
- Liaising with Neighbourhood teams to ensure resident work orders are completed
- Determining potential residents suitability
Who they are looking for?
- Customer service experience
- Friendly, can do attitude
- Excellent telephone manner
- Used to working in a busy position handling multiple tasks
