PP Associates are delighted to be supporting a growing business in Warrington to find a Customer Service Advisor. As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for all types of inbound customer queries. Your role will be busy, fast-paced, and varied. Your role will be office-based and not a callcentre environment and you will be supported by experienced colleagues and your manager. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by: Responding to inbound queries related to orders, warranties, defects, and deliveries Accurately updating customer query data in our system for team transparency Collaborating across departments and with partners to resolve customer issues Processing and sending sales orders promptly and accurately to partners Preparing and processing customer quotes, including service charges Meeting SLA and KPI targets related to response times and resolution outcomes What We are Looking For: Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset A calm, empathetic approach combined with diligence and high standards Proficiency in IT, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
