About the Role: The successful individual will report to the Lead Council Tax and Utilities Administrator, supporting the business by assisting the housing and finance teams in assessing, recording, and investigating incoming council tax and utilities communications for properties.
Key Accountabilities
Assist with record keeping of utility information and council tax files, and carry out general administrative duties within the team, as necessary.
Act as the key contact for utility and council tax related matters, providing relevant advice to finance, housing, local authorities, and utility suppliers.
This IFA administrator role is best suited to administrators that preferably have some experience in an IFA so that they can hit the ground running at a new business and where they feel comfortable completing annual reviews and basic suitability reports.
Largely office based; Up to £35,000
