Our client is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys liaising with clients and ensuring the business provides excellent client service

You will be joining an independent financial planning business, as part of their organic growth strategy. They are seeking an IFA Administrator to join the team who will take a key role in ensuring clients are contacted in line with their ongoing service agreements to arrange an Adviser meeting. As part of the contact strategy, you should review the client's risk profile, obtain new and missing information and ensure the meeting is booked at an appropriate time for both parties.

As such, the business sees this role as being a hybrid of client liaison, administration and some paraplanning duties.
