About the Role
The role will involve phone calls and visits to Special Guardians, review and development of Special Guardianship Support Plans, referrals to Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund, liaison with internal and external service providers, and attendance at multi-agency meetings for children living in Special Guardianship arrangements.
