£36,000-38,000 + £2,100 car allowance
NonStop's client, based in the South West, is seeking a determined and motivated social worker to join their therapeutic fostering agency on a permanent basis.
This role will be just supervision of a small caseload of foster carers. There will be no out of hour requirements or Form F assessments as there is a separate team for this.

Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with foster carers
- Support a caseload of around 10-12 foster carers, around the Berkshire area, ensuring the highest standards of care are met
- Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England
- A driver
- Have experience working within the fostering sector of children's services
- Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
