About Us Founded in 1646, Reading Blue Coat is a leading independent day school of circa 800 students from ages 11 to 18. The Role We are seeking a highly organised Administrator with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who is well organised, thorough and consistently efficient to provide professional and responsive administrative support to the Head of Learning Support and Learning Support department. About You Experience in digital administration is essential as the department is almost exclusively paperless. An awareness of the role of a Learning Support department and supporting students with additional learning needs would be advantageous but is not essential. What We Offer This is a full time or part time term-time plus role working 37.5 hours per week from 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday during term-time plus an additional 5 days during the School holidays. Part time working hours would be a minimum of 4 days with actual working hours to be discussed at interview.
