Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality telephone and administrative services with efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism.
  • Liaise with customers, clients, and medical examiners to schedule medical examination appointments and address any queries that arise.
  • Maintain confidentiality and act impartially at all times.
  • Make and receive calls to and from medical professionals, insurance companies, and customers.
  • Assist with case management, appointment scheduling, and report processing.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards and company policies and procedures.
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Complete general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making ability and accountability.
  • Financial accountability to achieve targets within specified timeframes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a busy workload and support changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
