You will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the office and ensuring that all office systems are managed and maintained efficiently.
Our client provides property management services and delivers a market-leading service to its existing client base.
Our client, a financial regulatory organisation, is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible.
As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Facilities Management Team's operations and ensuring the smooth running of their facilities.
This is a full-time, temporary role starting Monday 16th September on a rolling contract expected to be a number of weeks whilst they recruit for the role permanently.
Our clients - a wide-range of professional membership organisations, charities, and public sector bodies - are looking to recruit experienced administrators, with focused roles in event coordination, executive support, customer service, and HR.
Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, providing administrative support to stakeholders including internal senior management and key external contacts.
