Childrens Centre Receptionist and Administrator (Enhanced DBS required) - Lambeth

Hours: Full time
Start date: ASAP - Full time ongoing long term placement
Pay rate: £14 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a busy childrens centre in Lambeth to hire a Receptionist and School Administrator. Please note that you must have an Enhanced DBS for this role.
This is a full time long term temporary position starting ASAP School experience is not essential but desireable. We are looking for a warm and friendly individual. Strong administration experience, excellent IT and customer service skills are a must for this role.
The role
- Answering the phone and managing the switchboard
- Processing data on to the systems
- Booking meetings and appointments
- Arranging travel and processing expenses
- Maintaining the reception area and parents notice boards
- Complying with health and safety regulation
- Supporting the Office Manager/Area Manager
