A reputable and rapidly growing multi-asset brokerage firm in London is seeking an Administration Assistant with strong organisational skills for this varied and interesting role.
This role is split across two core facets of the business, with a predominant focus on office administrative support and a secondary focus on retail admin support.
They must also possess good customer relations and communication skills; it is also important to be able to work within a team as well as independently.
You will be providing administrative support to the Business Development Manager on a variety of interesting projects as well as supporting the wider team when required, assisting with the preparation, coordination and execution of client projects, documentation and project based tasks.
They are looking for a candidate to assist with the Business Development affairs of the firm.
We are working with a professional services organisation based in Waterloo.
Undertaking diary administration as required, including organising internal and external meetings and managing any logistics that may be required.
Providing high standards of administrative support to executives, ensuring that all necessary arrangements and relevant documentation are delivered in a timely fashion to a high degree of accuracy.
