Responsibilities
Ensure that customer issues and requests are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner.
As a senior application support analyst, you will work in the Business World Application Support team alongside two Application Support Specialists working on the Business World IT application and reporting to the Business World Product Manager.
As Accounts Assistant, you will be crucial to this business continued success by assisting with the analysis of financial data, the preparation of financial reports and providing essential support whilst we transition to new systems.
