We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide efficient and effective clerical, typing, and database support to our Children and Family Services.
The ideal candidate will be a key point of contact for the public, staff, elected members, and partnership agencies, demonstrating flexibility, a willingness to assist colleagues, and prioritising cooperation and support within the team.
Day to Day of the role
Accurately enter data onto database systems, maintain logs, and ensure qualitative data entry.

To provide telephone cover as required for people contacting the service, resolving enquiries where possible, directing callers and responding appropriately in line with corporate customer care standards.
