You'll be a key player in ensuring clients-from care homes to community centers-get the best service possible.
This is a busy and varied role where you will be involved in all aspects of administration.
Your duties will include processing orders, matching orders, generating letters, setting up customers on the system, speaking with clients, matching invoices to orders and various month end procedures.
Salary £23,400 pro rata, 25 days holiday per annum (pro rata) rising to 27 after 5 years' service, contributory pension scheme, private health care, life assurance, modern office facilities, subsidised canteen, free parking onsite.

Obtain, validate and query as necessary, all claim information available from job cards, vehicle history, technician notes and other sources as appropriate.
Query and discuss as necessary with the Aftersales Manager any claims that are dubious in nature or of concern as to the likelihood of rejection.
