We're on the lookout for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team, stepping in for the current employee who's retiring after two decades of dedicated service. This role is perfect for someone who loves a mix of admin tasks and customer interaction. You'll be a key player in ensuring clients-from care homes to community centers-get the best service possible.

Working Days: Enjoy a long weekend vibe with Wednesdays off! You'll be in the office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, giving you evenings to yourself.
Location: Convenient on-site work with free parking available.
Holiday: 25 days of holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holidays to relax and recharge.
Salary: £12.50 per hour, totaling approximately £22,000 annually for 32 hours per week.
Experience: Bring your 4-5 years of customer service/admin experience to a role where you can really make an impact.
What You'll Be Doing:

Handling orders and purchase orders with ease.
Keeping everything organized by logging and managing tickets for customer inquiries.
Managing deliveries and coordinating with DPD for smooth operations.
Taking care of incoming and outgoing post.
Responding to customer inquiries through our website and email-making sure everyone feels valued.
Partnering closely with our sales team, especially Paul, to keep things running smoothly.
Communicating with manufacturers to get the best prices and solve any issues.
Ensuring our older clientele feel heard and respected, delivering top-notch customer service every time.
Diving into admin tasks like managing Excel sheets (don't worry, no advanced formulas needed!) and handling PDFs.
