As the first point of contact for the firm, this person will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the firm's office. Responsibilities of the role include: Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys. Assist with document preparation, formatting, and filing.
