Pertemps have a new temporary opportunity for an Office Administrator to undertake a full range of clerical and administrative duties to support our client in Ivybridge.
The post is the first line of contact to visitors, clients and colleagues in person, online, and via telephone and ensures the efficient and effective running of the reception.
This is an ongoing temporary position, starting as soon as possible.
Provide administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
