This role is home based.
There will be a potential for the role to be made permanent or extended.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support, playing a critical role in undertaking routine administrative tasks to support the wider team including EAs, trainees and, in some instances, newly qualified lawyers.

Our client is looking for an Administrator to support the Automatic Enrolment legal team through the provision of a comprehensive and effective administrative service in relation to all it's litigation and local continuous improvement work.

The key responsibilities of an Administrator will be
Support the AE legal team and AE case management team where decisions and hearings are required in relation to tribunals, county courts and the Magistrates' and Crown Courts; including engagement with those courts, employers, pension providers, external Counsel and other third parties if required.
As an administrator for this UK wide household name, you'll support the training team during a period of growth to ensure that compliance standards are met and new starters as well as historic staff are trained and certified to carry out their assigned roles.
HR Administration: Manage HR documentation, records, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Project Support: Assist with HR-related projects, contributing to effective team and project outcomes.
Content & Branding: Develop and refine job advertisements, company literature, and guidance materials to ensure alignment with the brand's tone of voice and organisational values.
You will also ensure operations run efficiently, supporting senior team members in a range of administrative tasks.
As a Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and smooth running of activities that maintain a diverse housing portfolio across Kent.
You will handle diary management, minute-taking, financial monitoring, and be the first point of contact for the team.
