Administrator (Junior PA/Business Support Role)

Location: London, UK

Hourly Rate: £13 per hour

Division: Finance & Corporate Services

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Central Support Team within the Finance & Corporate Services division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Senior Management Team, providing Personal Assistant (PA) support to two Heads of Department and four managers. The Administrator will also manage the Supplier Maintenance database and oversee the Fees Helpline inbox, which involves communication with various departments across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive diary support and PA assistance to Senior Management.
  • Deliver administrative support for teams within Finance & Corporate Services, including the management of SharePoint, Pulse, Workday, Records, and Desk & Room Bookings.
  • Operate and maintain the Supplier Maintenance database in Workday.
  • Manage the Fees Helpline inbox, responding to queries and liaising with internal teams.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • Good IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio).
  • Experience delivering customer service and providing PA support.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to achieving team goals.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and escalate issues as needed.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly explain complex issues.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confident decision-making, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and initiative.
  • Curiosity and a keen interest in identifying patterns and trends.
