Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Manage HR documentation, records, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Project Support: Assist with HR-related projects, contributing to effective team and project outcomes
- Content & Branding: Develop and refine job advertisements, company literature, and guidance materials to ensure alignment with the brand's tone of voice and organisational values
- Data Administration: Maintain HR data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, particularly within the iTrent HR system
The Successful Applicant
- We're looking for an experienced administrator with a passion for HR. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple responsibilities
- Proven experience in HR administration or a related administrative role
- Strong writing skills to draft, edit, and proofread job adverts, guidance materials, and other content
- Ability to adapt content to reflect the organisation's tone of voice, enhancing brand consistency in communications
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with the iTrent HR system or similar HR data management software
What's on Offer
- Salary of £23,000 - £29,000 per annum
- Temporary contract until end of March 2025
- Hybrid working
