You should have a big personality with an outgoing and bubbly character, love administration / operations and be an excellent multitasker. Typical duties will include: Providing administrative support to the team Manage office stock Liaise between staff and IT support Model maintenance General bookings; meeting rooms, accommodation, travel etc. Manage reception, calls, meet & greet Manage sub agent agreements Input data from 3rd parties to CRM system Assist HR with general admin duties General secretarial duties; courier organising; photocopying; compiling reports, etc Complete any personal administrative work as and when required Undertake any business/personal errands as requested Implement and assist in developing and maintaining appropriate filing and recording systems On own initiative, or upon the instruction, liaise with other team members to ensure required daily tasks are completed on time. In the absence of any team members - respond to and action any correspondence, telephone calls, queries and e-mails.
