We are looking for a Legal Administrator to join a professional services firm in the Solihull area.
In this role, you will provide legal services to clients in line with the firm's goals and procedures.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Taking instructions for Wills, drafting and typing the documents, and ensuring they are signed by clients, while managing client matters efficiently and maintaining strong client relationships.
The successful Executive assistant will provide critical PA, secretarial, administrative and communication support to the CEO and where required, the Chair and Executive Team, including managing the CEO's diary and making arrangements for supporting agendas, papers and communications.

The role focuses on supporting the office with administrative tasks such as maintaining data integrity and supporting the Executive Assistant with marketing and diary-based tasks.
