An exciting opportunity has become available for you to join an education provider based in Bournemouth, Dorset as a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temporary basis offering an hourly rate between £12.00 and £12.70 and offers to work two days from home after initial training.
You will be reporting to the Management Accountant and Finance Manager, and your responsibilities will include the end-to-end processing of invoices and resolving any discrepancies through internal and external parties.
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, your duties will include
Processing a high volume of purchase ledger invoices accurately;.
This role is within our clients busy Finance department and would be responsible for day-to-day finance processing along with the payroll (approx.
165 employees paid monthly).
This is a hands-on role with a requirement to be fully conversant with current and evolving payroll legislation and the development of the payroll function.
