Purchase Ledger Clerk - Bournemouth - up to £12.50 per hour

Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk (3 months) required to support the Finance team whilst under-going a period of change. The company is a central Bournemouth based global business who are currently undergoing a period of change and need additional support. There is the possibility of a permanent role if you prove to be suitable to the job.

Our client is easy to get to via train or bus, they also offer to pay for your parking.

You will be working in the Accounts Payable team supporting a busy and fast paced business, you must have excellent IT skills as there is a lot of cross database work, so experience of large complex databases is essential.

Duties will include:

  • Processing purchase invoices.
  • Resolving discrepancies with internal and external parties.
  • Reconciling supplier accounts.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Query resolutions.

Experience required:

  • Previous full end to end experience in Purchase Ledger, ideally at least 3+ years.
  • Must be confident when liaising with internal and external parties.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Previous SAP experience desirable, however this is not essential.
