CMA recruitment group is delighted to be supporting our central Bournemouth, Dorset client who due to growth in their business is currently requiring a temporary purchase ledger clerk to support them with additional work load.

Our client are located in Bournemouth with great public transport links, modern office and parking permits. Our client is requiring support for up to 3 months and are offering an hourly rate between £11.95 and £13.85.

You will be working in accounts payable supporting in a busy and fast paced business, and you will be reporting to the Finance Manager whilst operating within a close-knit finance function.

As an purchase ledger clerk your duties will include:

  • processing purchase invoices;
  • Resolving discrepancies with internal and external parties;
  • Reconciling supplier accounts;
  • bank reconciliations;
  • Query resolutions.

The suitable candidate for the purchase ledger vacancy:

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • A confident communicator when liaising with internal and external parties;
  • Confident user of Excel and accounting packages;
  • Advantageous if you have previous SAP experience, however this is not essential.
