Handle are delighted to be working with a record and vinyl distributor in their search for an accounts assistant We are seeking a consciences and enthusiastic Bookkeeper/ Administrator to work from their Pinner office reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The role will include day to day bookkeeping duties (as below) together with general administration tasks.
Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be preferred together with a love of music, although this is not essential.
Prepare and process monthly management accounts and reports for various clients, from the client's original records, onto sage accounts (software);.
Prepare and process quarterly VAT returns from client's original records for a variety of clients/businesses on a monthly basis (again on sage accounts);.
Whilst your role will predominantly consist of various reconciliations, month-end and management accounting duties, you will require a pragmatic and 'hands-on' approach to additional duties.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will take sole responsibility for all aspects of Sales Ledger, Credit Control and Purchase Ledger, with an emphasis on the Accounts Receivable side.
