Hoop Professional Services are proud to be supporting Merthyr Housing with the recruitment for up to 4 board members to join their existing board of directors.
We are seeking motivated individuals who can have empathy with the tenants and community in and around Merthyr.
Your background, whether public or private is less important to us than your appreciation of the area which they operate, Merthyr Tydfil, as well as an understanding of the wider social, economic and environmental issues and their challenges as a housing association.
You must have experience of planning and managing day-to-day inspections and producing specifications of works.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in partnership with tenants.
You will inspect properties as directed and provide effective support on all maintenance issues, ensuring compliance with legislation, best practice, policies and procedures.
It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background including a MSc and/or BSc in Hydrology, Geography, Environmental Management, Environmental Science or Civil Engineering and experience completing Flood Risk Assessments, Hydrology projects and GIS Mapping using ArcGIS.
My client, a specialist, UK based Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Graduate Flood Risk Consultant to join a supportive Team based in Merthyr Tydfil.
Candidates are required to have a valid driving license to complete site surveys.
