Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with the recruitment and interview process as required.
- Coordinate and manage induction procedures for new employees during their onboarding.
- Serve as the primary contact for all new hire setup and processing, handling pre-employment occupational health checks, system onboarding, probation processes, and new starter training plans.
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partner's and the Talent Acquisition Business Partner.
Essential:
- Strong administration skills.
- Capability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
- Skilled in carrying out interviews.
- Understanding of legislation and best practice in recruitment.
