This accomplished sales team is growing and searching for a Sales Account Manager who has a history of increasing account growth and maximising revenue. Suited to a determined and results-orientated Sales Account Manager or Sales Executive, this position calls for someone who enjoys working on their initiative and getting the most out of their accounts by developing superb relationships and truly understanding their customers' needs. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm Salary guide: £25,000 - £27,000 plus commission Access to a bonus scheme Career development opportunities 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays On-site parking Career development opportunities The day-to-day responsibilities: Forge strong and lasting relationships with new and existing customers to generate sales, increase growth, and ensure profitability is maximised across every account Identify opportunities to upsell products within your accounts and cost-saving opportunities to ensure retention and satisfaction Use proven sales techniques and exceptional negotiation skills to achieve sales targets, always looking for ways to exceed profit and revenue Keep customers updated on all products on offer Prepare and present sales reports, including past activity and progression and quarterly forecasts The skills and experience required: Experience gained within a sales role, either as an Account Manager or Sales Executive, and knowledge gained within the product industry is beneficial Confident in all aspects of sales with a proven track record of winning new business, upselling, negotiating and closing sales Demonstrates excellent communication skills with the ability to advise, build rapport and listen to customer needs Ambitious and driven, keen to succeed and deliver
