As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our Basingstoke team, responsible for efficiently managing workload and providing exceptional customer service.
As an End User Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to end-users across the UK and Ireland.
Your primary objective will be to provide proactive and reactive support for the organisation's modern equipment.
You will be the first point of contact for all IT support queries and will work closely with a highly skilled team based in the UK and the India Operations Centre (IOC) as necessary.
You'll join a people and technology-driven business, taking inbound calls from customers about their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension plans.
A key focus of this role will be maintaining accurate financial records, performing bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions, scanning purchase invoices, reconciling accounts and assisting with financial reporting.
We are presenting a rare opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team on a 3-month fixed term contract with the possibility to extend.
The successful Bookkeeper will have a sharp eye for detail, with the natural ability to spot and resolve errors and discrepancies quickly and accurately.
