Accounts Administrator, £24-26K, Ripon Are you an Accounts Administrator with experience in a varied role looking for a new challenge? Working in beautiful and tranquil surroundings our client is looking for an Accounts Administrator to assist with the day-to-day finance operations. Primarily responsible for reviewing and maintaining the controls process with particular focus on revenue audits and credit control. Skills Required: Good written and verbal communication skills Good analytic and reporting skills Prior knowledge of Sage and Opera (desirable but not essential) Good level of proficiency with MS excels and word. Previous Accounts experience Finance qualification (desirable but not essential) Key Responsibilities: Matching and processing purchase invoices. Accurate VAT coding of purchase invoices Monthly ledger reconciliations Banking reconciliations Purchase ledger allocations Processing of expense claims and credit card transactions. Raising all bank payments and supplier payment runs Supplier statement reviews Chasing of missing invoices Reporting of daily key statistics In return you will be offered: Salary £24-26,000 Office Hours Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm Various benefits including uniform, meals on duty.
