Venn Group are currently supporting an organisation in Ripon who urgently require 2 x Call Handlers for a short term contract.
Due to some internal changes, they are looking for candidates who would be happy to come in immediately and undertake some high volume outbound calling to 4000 exsisting customers to notify them of some changes.
We anticpate that this could take around 3 weeks, possibly longer, depending on response rate. There is flexibility on hours but we would be looking for this person to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5.00pm.
Previous expereince on the phone in any capacity is important or you must be able to demonstrate you are comfortable speaking with people from a variety of backgrounds.
Negotiable hourly rate and weekly pay.
