Manage and respond to customer queries via email and phone.
My client based in West Molesey have a very well established and enviable reputation both in the UK and internationally and they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to cover a maternity leave contract for the next year with the possibility of this role becoming a permanent position.
The hours will be Mon - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm.
This will be a hybrid role potentially working 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
You will be for responsible for driving revenue and margin through efficient demand forecasting, inventory control, purchase order management, and trend evaluation.
