About the role:
- You will be for responsible for driving revenue and margin through efficient demand forecasting, inventory control, purchase order management, and trend evaluation.
- You'll analyse data, track market trends, and implement strategic plans to drive business success.
- You'll collaborate with internal teams to create tools, automate processes, and improve workflows related to purchasing and management.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve operational performance for retail accounts, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Generate business performance reports, identify insights, and address risks/opportunities. Conduct complex analysis to enhance operational efficiency.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience with demand forecasting, supply chain coordination, or retail operations in the consumer goods sector.
- Background in various roles across sales, demand forecasting, or related areas
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. Familiarity with SQL and Python for data analysis and automation is a plus but not essential.
- Previous experience working with large UK retailers
