We are working with a forward-thinking company in the Basingstoke area looking for a driven and action orientated Operations Manager. As the Operations Manager, you will benefit from: 40 - 45k pa depending on experience Company car (includes insurance cover for a partner) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Enhanced pension scheme (5% employer & 5% employee contribution) 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times between 7am - 9am and 3pm - 5pm Travel around the UK/ Overnight stays (on average 3-4 nights per month) Quarterly bonus scheme based on personal and company performance Free parking Responsibilities for the Operations Manager will include: Working very closely with the Business Owner/MD to deliver the overall business objectives such as meeting financial target, ensuring reports are delivered to customers in a timely manner and process improvements Managing and training staff on a daily basis and measuring their delivery goals and objectives Identify issues in ISO9001 compliance delivery, suggest solutions and highlight to management Ensuring processes have been followed throughout service delivery Ensuring customer complaint timelines are met Guaranteeing quality system inputs are recorded and collated in a timely manner Meet with customers to discuss current needs and review service levels To succeed as the Operations Manager you will have: To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills as well as be a natural and inspirational leader of people.
