Day to Day of the Role
Ensure the provision of suitable equipment, vehicles, and training for staff to perform their duties effectively.

Main Responsibilities
Ensure effective management of the performance of all Operational Staff, through clear and measurable personal objectives, regularly monitoring progress to objectives, implementing bi-annual appraisals, identifying and implementing development and training needs in line with corporate policy.
Monitor revenue and cost performance monthly, against budget, accountable for that performance as part of the Group Freight Director's team.
