We are looking for candidates to join our On-Board Coach Team based in Rugeley, Staffordshire, working on board, travelling the UK, Ireland and Europe by coach.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Middletons Tours Sales Administration Assistant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the seamless operation of the business by preparing important information to send to customer, handling sales enquires over the telephone and email, and be active in your search for generating business, whilst also managing existing accounts to maximise profitability.
Your main focus will be the customer and working on solutions that best suit the customer's needs as well ensuring our high customer service level is continuously maintained.
You will need to be responsible for your own desk, work effectively independent and also display teamwork skills by working with other members of our team.
