Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of Children with Special Educational Needs? Zest are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at an all through SEND school in Rugeley. This role is looking for someone to start asap, requiring you to work full time or part time from 08.30 to 15.30. For the right candidate, there is a potential for the role to go permanent.

The school specialises in Education for children aged 5-15 with Autism and Complex needs. Therefore we are looking for someone who has previous experience working with individuals who have Autsim or Complex needs.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supervising and supporting the children and collaborating closely with the class teacher and other TAs. You will assist in monitoring individual progress and fostering independence in students. Your encouragement and support will empower children to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

We are looking for an adaptable, engaging, and approachable individual who values safeguarding and prioritises the wellbeing of all children. While experience in Behaviour Management or Team Teach is desirable, a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs is essential.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
