We are assisting our client with their search for a Medical Secretary who can provide essential administrative and secretarial support within a medical office, department, or practice.
Your responsibilities will include handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organised filing system.
You will have excellent keyboard skills, the ability to use Word for document production using audio digital dictation, approximate typing speed expected 65 wpm and the ability to manage emails and electronic diary through Outlook.
Support is also required in other areas in the firm depending on requirements.
The successful candidate will have legal secretarial and/or paralegal experience and will be expected to support the team within the Family Law Department.
Finance Assistant - Part Time (25-30 hours over a minimum of 3 days a week)
