We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our small office of 7 people.
The ideal candidate will be the eyes and ears of the office and be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to both staff and management.
The Office Assistant is, above all, an organised and competent professional with great organisational and communication skills, comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
The job purpose of this position is to provide administrative duties to ensure the office runs smoothly, manage daily activities and to be the first point of contact for all visitors.
