Job Overview:
As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day office function. You will assist in managing company documentation and templates, performing general administrative tasks, and providing support to the Project Management and Funding Consultant teams. Your responsibilities will also include attending client meetings, accurately recording meeting minutes, and contributing to the success of various projects. A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for this role. ??
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- ?? Answering phone calls on the mainline
- ?? Assisting with meeting arrangement and managing diaries
- ? Accurately recording and presenting meeting minutes
- ?? Supporting Project Managers with contract administration tasks
- ?? Setting up and formatting documents and templates
- ?? Assisting in processing invoices and payments
- ?? Updating company databases and spreadsheets
- ?? Purchasing Contracts for the Project Management team
- ?? Supporting the Bid Writing team with Tender Analysis documentation
Skills & Personal Abilities:
- ?? Excellent communication skills
- ?? Ability to organise workload effectively
- ?? Proficiency in written and verbal communication
- ?? Proactive and able to work autonomously or as part of a team
- �? Self-motivated with a keen willingness to learn
- ?? Full UK driver's licence with access to a car (Max 6 points)
