Job Description: Area Manager
Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Area Manager is responsible for delivering Service User centred care; through the efficient operational management of a small cluster of CQC Regulated Learning Disablities Centre's (typically 6 six service users in each home) and staff (including Line Managers) allocated to them; in accordance with company processes and procedures.
Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales and Customer Service Executive to join our team.
This role involves a blend of sales and customer service tasks, including order processing, making outbound calls, upselling, and managing customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a drive to meet weekly targets.
The role will be to support the Warehouse Manager and Hire Manager with all the administrative aspects of their asset management including CRM updates, troubleshooting IT equipment, projects, tests and inspections.
