My client is a well established Law firm who are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist / administrator to join their team.
As the first point of contact for the firm, this person will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the firm's office.
Responsibilities of the role include
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
The Management Accountant will aid and support in decision making and executive level analysis for the organisation.
The Management Accountant contributes to the overall success of the organisation by supporting the UK & Ireland Finance Director in production of accurate and timely financial information to support the Executive team decision making, implementation and enforcement of robust internal control processes and compliance with our statutory financial reporting requirements.
Day to day duties will consist of production of management accounts, development and application of analytical tools to interpret financial information for senior stakeholders; working closely with the divisional line managers and commercial teams; assisting in meeting long term profitability objectives; involvement in the management and improvement of reporting tools for the business.
We are looking for a proactive and efficient individual to join our clients Service team, responsible for supporting the Account Managers with all administrative duties.
You will need to be motivated, resourceful, and detail orientated to be successful in this position.
You will ideally have previous experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment, although full training will be provided.
We close between Xmas and New Year (so that's extra holiday-3 days) company pension.
Basic Salary Up to £30K dependant on experience with benefits 20 day for the first 3 years and it increases one day per year of service until 25 days, plus bank holidays.
