The Professional Services Division at SF Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join their client which is a well-established and successful law firm.
As an Administrator, you will work closely alongside solicitors and senior professionals to support with live case management and administrative tasks.
Your daily responsibilities could include
- Ensuring all updated records are uploaded directly on to a shared system.
This is a full-time office-based position, based on the outskirts of Leicester.

In this busy and varied role, you will assist in the smooth running of the head office from reception duties to stock control, along with providing administrative support to the HR Manager and Senior Management team.
As the Administrator your working hours will be Monday - Friday between 09:00-17:30.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to work within our Protection team based in Wigston to be part of a small existing team
Once probation has been passed there is an option to work alternative weeks 08:00 - 16:30 & 09:00 to 17:30 and the potentially of up to 2 days per week at home
The duties will include Front of house meeting and greeting customers, using Outlook to receive and respond to customers emails.
The candidate will have previous reception / front of house experience.
