Managing a busy reception area, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors on-site, operating the switchboard as well as providing administrative support to the Sales Office.
A Receptionist & Administrator is required to join a manufacturing company based in Lye.
A full-time role, you will be required on-site Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week.
Summary: As the Finance Assistant you will assist the Finance Lead and work with the wider finance team in the running, managing, processing and troubleshooting of accounts, payrolls, transactions and other finance-related tasks and queries.
The successful candidate will work predominantly alongside the group's general counsel, engaging primarily in legal work while also assisting with office administration.
A background of previous legal experience in-house or in private practice is preferred, however as the key attributes for success are accuracy & confidence, we would also consider a graduate with potential to grow and develop into the role.
