My client is looking to hire an office assistant into their busy team ASAP!
Duties
Provides assistance in setting up and dismantling a range of AV equipment and responds to requests for assistance as required.
Liaises with Venue Services throughout the day, ensures availability by radio to respond to requests for assistance in setting up rooms and AV equipment.
I'm currently recruiting for an office assistant to join a well-established client in BS20, on a part-time (25-30 hours), long-term temporary basis (with the potential for the role to go permanent).
Day-to-day of the role
Keeping record of issues and informing appropriate departments.
Reception duties - welcoming visitors and resolving their queries, directing to a different department when appropriate.
