I'm currently recruiting for an office assistant to join a well-established client in BS20, on a part-time (25-30 hours), long-term temporary basis (with the potential for the role to go permanent).
Day-to-day of the role:
- Reception duties - welcoming visitors and resolving their queries, directing to a different department when appropriate
- Keeping record of issues and informing appropriate departments
- Filing and records management
- Attending email and website queries
- Organising meetings
- Replenishing office supplies, tea, coffee, and stationery
- Liaising with contractors
