The Outreach Support Worker role
We are looking for Outreach Support Worker (full and part time) to join our dedicated teamsupporting individuals in their homes to live independent lives (travel and petrol paid and no short visits).

Within this role candidates would be required to provide outreach support visits, accompaniment on trips and day-to-day activities and also to appointments to help manage the service user's daily life.
Some early morning, weekend and evening work is involved.
Being able to drive will a full driving licence is essential to the role as you will be required to transport and having your own transport is essential.
