The Outreach Support Worker role:

We are looking for Outreach Support Worker (full and part time) to join our dedicated teamsupporting individuals in their homes to live independent lives (travel and petrol paid and no short visits). Working flexible or set shift patterns travelling between Trowbridge, Melksham, Chippenham and Calne.

As an Outreach Support Worker you will be a key member of the team providing high standards of person centred care to the people we support. Interacting and communicating with the people we support in a way that promotes dignity and respect at all times.

No experience is necessary as OLPA will offer their Outreach Support Worker:

As our Outreach Support Worker, you will need to be flexible and able to work shifts including some weekends, bank holidays and evenings working within a rota.

A full driving licence is essential.
